Babcock Land Defence Limited, acting as agent for the UK Ministry of Defence ("the Authority") has awarded a negotiated three (3) year Framework Agreement for the Repair and Calibration of Optical and Fibre Optic Equipment to Optical Test and Calibration Limited, at a value of PS860,970. The Authority reserves the right to add items of a similar nature to the contract during its lifetime. It is considered this requirement can be placed using the negotiated procedure without prior publication pursuant to Regulation 16(1)(a)(i) of the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011 due to a failed competition caused by the absence of suitable responses to the previous restricted procedure reference 2023/S 000-041611. This notice is not a request for expressions of interest so please do not apply to be invited to tender.
