London Borough of Southwark are carrying out soft market engagement in order to assist the Commissioner with the development of the service specification and service model in relation to Learning Disabilities Supported Living and Outreach Services. We are hereby seeking your input and views as we wish to work with partners to help shape these services The contracting authority has prepared a questionnaire which can be accessed via the following link:- Please submit your completed questionnaire via the portal not later than 12 Noon on 9th October 2023
