This area covers: o Allerdale o Carlisle o Copeland o Eden o South Lakeland Trade types: o Bathroom / Cloakroom o Boiler & Heating o Cyclical Decoration o Doors & Windows o Electrical Installation / Lighting o Kitchens o Other Works o Roof / Chimney / Secondary / Porch o Wall Finish / Render One off replacements are also under the scope of this contract as required by Home Group. Home Group reserves the right to award additional services in the form of roofing repairs if they are required.
