This is entry point 2 for the provision of Fostering placements for children in care, Staying Put placements for young adults, Parent and Child Placements, family based short breaks and emergency foster carer arrangements. This will also include therapeutic services for foster placements. The Peninsula Commissioning and Procurement Partnership is a longstanding collaboration between Devon County Council, Plymouth City Council, Torbay Council and Somerset Council.
