Team is a full-time 12-week personal development programme offering work experience, qualifications, practical skills, community projects and skills-based away days. The programme aims to increase confidence, motivation and life skills which will enable NEET young people, with a focus on those who are economically inactive, aged 16-25, to move into employment, education, training.
