This notice is confirming the award of an NEC4 Framework Contract 2017 to a single supplier. This framework will allow the call-offs of projects utilising NEC4 Engineering and Construction Short Contract 2017 and NEC4 Terms Service Short Form Contracts. The appointed supplier will be responsible for completing works as called-off by MML, with funding being agreed based on quotes and an agreed schedule of rates. All appointed works within the framework will be completed in line with NEC4 requirements. MML reserve the right to add, remove, or change the presented scope to meet the needs of the OLE infrastructure and business.
