The Welsh Government is seeking to award a contract to manage the Independent Review Mechanism (IRM) for Fostering and Adoption in Wales from 1 August 2024 . This contract will manage the Independent Review Mechanism (IRM) for Adoption and Fostering on behalf of the Welsh Ministers in accordance with the Independent Review of Determinations (Adoption and Fostering) (Wales) Regulations 2010.
Procurement Information
Regulation 32(2)(b)(i,ii) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015: Children in Wales is the only known organisation that can undertake the work required in adherence to the applicable regulations, including delivering the specialised service effectively within the strict timescales as directed within the legislative framework.
