Notice Description
The Council requires the following employee health services which have been divided into lots: Lot 1 Employee Assistance Programme & Counselling Services Lot 2 Occupational Health Services Lot 3 Physiotherapy Services Tenders are invited for one, two or all lots in any combination; there are no restrictions on this. The contract(s) will be for two years with an option to extend for a further 2 x 1 year periods

Employee Assistance Programme Services, including but not limited to: Wellbeing Hub and Helpline Telephone counselling session (EAP) Face to Face counselling session
Lot 2 Occupational Health ServicesOccupational Health Services, including but not limited to: Management referrals Pre- employment / placement screening Health Surveillance Vaccinations Ill health retirement assessment
Lot 3 Physiotherapy ServicesPhysiotherapy Services, including but not limited to: Assessment treatment
