Window Cleaning Group Procurement
Notice Description
General Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) is a forward-thinking, inclusive and successful organisation which exists to improve the lives of the thousands of people living in its portfolio of over 25,000 homes, across a range of tenures, including Social, Affordable & Market Rents, Shared Ownership & other Leaseholds. Window Cleaning GPHG is re-procuring its window cleaning contracts, covering approximately 500 schemes across Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, High Peak, North East Derbyshire & South Yorkshire. The total contract value is estimated to be in the region of PS1,500,000 over five years, but this will be split into five geographical lots, with the number of schemes per lot ranging between 40 & 148, and the value ranging between c. PS25,000 & c. PS85,000 per annum. Suppliers are invited to tender for any or all lots, but no Supplier will be contracted for any more than two lots. The dwellings concerned are, in the main, blocks of flats and Sheltered and Supported Housing Schemes, though there are also a small number of houses and offices. This Procurement was previously advertised in a Contract Finder PIN GPLAC001-DN672911-73959392. Should you wish to tender for these contracts, all bids will be via the Pro Actis Pro Contract Portal, and no tenders will be accepted through any other route.
