A fully managed cleaning service, inclusive of staffing, equipment, management fee and materials.
Options: 3 years contract, plus 2 was tendered, however the initial contract term is 18 months which will be review. The contract can be extended up to 5 years as advertised.
Renewal: 3 year contract, with the option to extend by a further 2 years, a total of up to 5 years.
