Outsourcing of NHS ENT & Plastic Surgery cases to private sector provider.

Lot 1
Direct award of contract under Framework Agreement. Framework under which the procurement was completed is 'Framework Agreement for the Provision of Insourcing / Outsourcing Clinical, Surgical and Diagnostic Procedures' (FTS reference: 2023/S 000-029589) Contract awarded using direct call off procedure of the Framework Agreement. Initial term is for 6 months with option to extend for up to a further 24 months if funding becomes available.
Procurement Information
Multiple contracts were awarded to suppliers who responded to EOI which was sent to all suppliers under the Framework Agreement. The contract is to address NHS patient waiting lists. As such the supplier must be within a 50 mile radius to the Health Board boundary due to age of population and travel restrictions of patient cohort.
