This is a notice of abandonment of this procurement. In accordance with Regulation 551B of Public Contract Regulations 2015 the Authority no longer intends to continue with the procurement of this construction contract based on the competition procedure with negotiation. Pursuant to F01: Prior information notice Publication reference: 2023/S 000-035225 published on 29/11/2023. Therefore the Authority will not be awarding any contract pursuant to this notice. However the Authority does intend to to commence procurement of this contract based on the Restricted Procedure. An F02: Contract notice, Publication reference: 2023/S 000-037571 has been published on FTS on 20/12/2023.

The Contractor will provide the design approach and how it will impact on life cycle and facilities management costs to ensure minimal energy consumption and life cycle replacement costs. Including how you have achieved the proposed capital cost for the scheme without compromising life cycle replacement costs"
