    "description": "The WEA is a leading education charity with an estate spanning England and Scotland. The organisation is seeking experienced construction partner(s) to deliver building project works and refurbishment on property within the organisation's existing estate to deliver a high-quality, inclusive and sustainable education environment. The WEA will be adopting a single stage procurement process requiring the submission of a Selection Questionnaire, a Qualitative response and Price return.The opportunity is divided into 3 distinct Lots and prospective partners are able to bid for one or more Lot.Lot 1 - BristolBuilding project and refurbishment works relating to 7 York Court, Wilder Street, Bristol. The works involve refurbishment of the building fabric, internal reconfiguration and fitout works, installation of photovoltaics, upgrade of M&E systems, as well as external and car park works. The project has a 4-month delivery date, with delivery required by 1st July 2024. The estimated project cost is PS450,000+VAT.Lot 2 - NottinghamBuilding project and refurbishment works relating to 39 Mapperley Road, Nottingham. The works involve a full strip out of the existing building, refurbishment of the building fabric, internal reconfiguration and fitout works, installation of photovoltaics, installation of external plant, and the delivery of an outdoor learning area. The project has a 3-month delivery date, with delivery required by 27th May 2024. The estimated project cost is PS850,000+VAT.Lot 3 - ScunthorpeBuilding project and refurbishment works relating to Clare House, 31 Wells Street, Scunthorpe. The works involve refurbishment of the building fabric, internal reconfiguration and fitout works, demolition of an existing extension, delivery of a new two-storey extension, a new roof and new windows. The project has a 6-month delivery date, with delivery required by 2nd September 2024.
