Summary of the contracting process

The Bath and North East Somerset Council is planning to establish an Architectural Services Framework for various projects in Bath and North East Somerset. This framework aims to support the council's goals, including achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2030 and improving the economic, social, and environmental well-being of the area. The framework will involve up to 6 suppliers and is expected to last for 4 years. The tender documents will be available from the week commencing 8th January 2024.

This opportunity is well-suited for businesses with experience in delivering architectural services within the RIBA Plan of Work framework. Suppliers should be able to provide creative yet cost-effective designs and support the council's sustainability objectives. Businesses prepared to offer Principal Designer services and collaborate with specialist sub-consultants will find this tender particularly relevant. The framework's focus on a broad spectrum of projects presents opportunities for companies looking to contribute to the development and enhancement of the Bath and North East Somerset area.
