Thirteen Repair and Maintenance Framework
Notice Description
Thirteen are looking to procure a Framework contract to provide support to the Investment and Maintenance In-House Teams on an "as and when" basis during periods of peak workload. The scope of this Framework Agreement is for the provision of responsive repairs (including commercial properties), maintenance works, void repairs, including MSD voids, electrical works and damp and mound in line with the provided specifications. The specific work types have been split into separate packages (Lots) These services shall fall into 5 'Lots' reflecting the area of support needed for the business. The Framework contract will be for 2 years with the option to extend for further 2 years (4-year maximum)
