Working in partnership with Accent and its other agencies to enable delivery of its corporate strategy in an efficient manner, Accent are looking for a single Contractor to deliver high quality comprehensive Grounds Maintenance Services to its communal scheme areas located in Barrow, Cumbria. Contract Term 3 years with the option to extend for a further 3 years subject to performance.
Options: Optional Contract extension - based on performance.
Renewal: To deliver all associated Grounds Maintenance services as noted within the specification for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend once based on a further 3-year extension period (subject to performance).
