Chlorine Dioxide Water Treatment Equiptment - Planned and PReventative Maintenance
Notice Description
We are seeking Expressions of Interest for the delivery of a fully comprehensive Planned and Reactive Maintenance contract for Chlorine Dioxide Water Treatment Equipment at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. <br/><br/>The Trust intends to run a Restricted Procedure for the annual maintenance of the installed Chlorine Dioxide Water Treatment Equipment following this PIN. The opportunity will be available through the Atamis Health Family Portal. <br/><br/>Please read carefully the scope and requirements, including consideration of the deployment date and submit EOIs by email to thomas.bradley1@nhs.net. An email simply confirming interest will suffice. Deadline for EOIs is midday, Wednesday, 31st January, 2024. <br/><br/>Scope of Contract<br/><br/>The Leeds Teaching Hospitals is one of the largest Trusts in the UK and the estate is spread over five sites: <br/><br/>* Leeds General Infirmary<br/>* St James's University Hospital<br/>* Chapel Allerton Hospital<br/>* Seacroft Hospital<br/>* Wharfedale Hospital<br/><br/>For information in related to the Trust please see website http://www.leedsth.nhs.uk/home/<br/><br/>The contract is for a fully comprehensive maintenance schedule to be paid annually. <br/>Expected contract length would be for 3 years with an option to extend a further 2 x 12 month. However this may be subject to change at tender stage. <br/>Suppliers will be required to demonstrate technical capability and provide evidence of any relevant qualification. They will be required to provide detail on staffing levels and ability.<br/>The fully comprehensive maintenance schedule will include the supply of Chemicals. <br/>Current deployment date is schedule to be August 2024 however this may be subject to change. <br/><br/><br/>Summary of current Annual Maintenance Schedule Task Types<br/><br/>System Checks <br/>Chemical Top Up <br/>Probe Calibration <br/>Probe Maintenance <br/>Pump Maintenance <br/>Gas Detector <br/><br/>Systems to Maintain<br/><br/>All tanks listed are of Scotmas Bravo WA and Sentinel Guards
