Notice Description
The Councils require the Contractor to provide a graffiti removal and deep cleaning service within the Oldham Council and Rochdale Metropolitan Borough. (Both Oldham Council and Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council will be referred to as the "Council"). The highly successful contractor will demonstrate: - * a highly developed understanding of all aspects concerning deep cleansing and graffiti removal; including experience of work to sensitive / listed structures. * a track record of delivering high quality professional services in the public realm; and * a socially engaged approach with a real commitment to the community and its environment.

Lot 1
The Councils require the Contractor to provide a graffiti removal and deep cleaning service within the Oldham Council and Rochdale Metropolitan Borough. The highly successful contractor will demonstrate: - * a highly developed understanding of all aspects concerning deep cleansing and graffiti removal; including experience of work to sensitive / listed structures. * a track record of delivering high quality professional services in the public realm; and * a socially engaged approach with a real commitment to the community and its environment.
Renewal: The initial contract period is for 3 years (36 months) however an optional 1 year (12 months) extension has been included. The take up on the optional extension will be at the discretion of both Oldham Council and Rochdale Metropolitan Borough.
