The voluntary ex ante transparency notice provided notice of NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (herein \"the Authority\")'s intention to award this Tier 2 Community Ultrasound Service to incumbent provider Essex Ultrasound and Medical Services Ltd. The provider is considered most technically capable of providing the most economically advantageous solution to the Authority under the current environment whilst the ICB undergoes restructure, review and alignment of contracts. The Authority is applying the NHS Standard Contract Terms and Conditions to support a combination of services, all of which are part funded under a single clinical contract, to ensure appropriate clinical governance and service delivery quality as well as consistency of service to patients. It is noted that the nature of the contract is non-guarantee of activity and technically valued at PS0.00. The Authority has utilised actual activity figured from 2022/23 in order to forecast the aggregate contract value of The aggregate contract value of PS1,441,870. The Authority is commencing a procurement-process for it's own Tier 2 Ultrasound Services for the whole of the ICB and will publish appropriate Notices accordingly to communicate any such future changes and opportunities to the market, once final.
