Lot 1
A number of operations, including safety inspections, grass cutting, grass maintenance, hedge maintenance, footpath maintenance, garden and horticultural display planting and maintenance, litter picking and emptying of litter bins, minor landscape work and miscellaneous other duties. Full details are in the Contract Specification document.
Renewal: There is an option to extend the contract by a further two years subject to review with the appointed contractor.
