However, the Council reserves the right to review this twice a year. At any review point the Council may take the decision to temporarily close the Care Home Framework to new applicants. If it does this, it will publish a notification on the Council's electronic tendering system which states the period of the closure and when this will next be reviewed The scope of the Care Home Framework will cover all client groups, both for short-term and long-term care and different purchasing arrangements such as block purchase.
