Notice Description

The Police and Crime Commissioner would like to commission a new project to support offenders facing complex needs to provide practical support and a supported Out of Court intervention using a holistic approach. This could include but is not limited to, offenders experiencing mental health issues, grief, gambling, chaotic substance use or being a victim of crime themselves. These offenders would not be eligible for support in the Women-Specific Conditional Cautions project. The Police and Crime Commissioner is also keen to explore a specific Out of Court disposal for assaults against emergency workers.
