The pilot seeks to broaden the workforce, supplementing the existing provision with a new Band 3 and Band 4 workforce, and Band 7 Clinical Management staff. These staff will continue to work within the existing Start For Life framework. Cambridge Community Services (CCS) are the existing and only provider of such services in Norfolk and as such are already responsible for delivering within the provision to which the Workforce Pilot relates. Contractually, CCS are already responsible for the delivery, including the recruitment of the Health Visitor resources and there are no other providers of Health Visiting services in Norfolk. The monies from central government have clear definition requirements that the Workforce Pilot will only be able to target specific family and child cohorts and success criteria for the Pilot, requires data sets spanning multiple, overlapping service providers within the same service.",
