DWP entered into this contract with APS on the 17 March 2022. DWP have now entered into a variation of this contract on 26/01/2024. DWP is entitled to enter in to this variation without running a new procurement process because the variation falls within the parameters of Regulation 72(1) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
