The assessment demonstrates that the provider has been, and is likely to continue to satisfy the requirements of the contract. The intention to award the contract is made on this basis. Conflicts of interest were identified among LLR ICB System Executive Group (SEG), 26/01/2024. The non-conflicted members assessed the nature and risk of this conflict, and decided what steps to take to avoid and manage it. The ICB took the step to exclude the conflicted member from related discussions, and excluded the conflicted member from decision-making.",
