A new Contract is to be awarded to Fresh Futures (NCC) for the provision of a public health service to achieve the following service outcomes: * The national Healthy Start Scheme * Safety in the Home (Childhood Accident Prevention) programme. * Online Childhood Accident Prevention training. Kirklees Council are intending to award a contract to the existing service provider Fresh Futures (NCC) following the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Direct Award Process C. The contract will commence 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025, with the option to extend for a further year to 31st March 2026. The annual value of the Contract is PS78,500.00.
Procurement Information
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 19 February 2024 (8 working days following the publication of intention to award notice). This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice services as an intention to award under the PSR.
