Notice Description
This service will be delivered for Cambridgeshire County Council require an All Age Carers service that will provide an integrated support service to adult carers, parent carers and young carers in partnership with carers themselves, their families, their local communities, schools and neighbours and other statutory, voluntary, and commercial organisations across Cambridgeshire. The carers services to be provided include, adult carers, young carers, young adult carers and adult carers supporting loved ones with mental health challenges. These will work together to deliver an integrated provision across Cambridgeshire.

Adult Carers
This service will be delivered for Cambridgeshire County Council require an All Age Carers service that will provide an integrated support service to adult carers, parent carers and young carers in partnership with carers themselves, their families, their local communities, schools and neighbours and other statutory, voluntary, and commercial organisations across Cambridgeshire. Options: This is a 36 month contract with the option to extend by an additional 12 months.
