For the provision of a Traffic Management Service Portfolio for the CHARM Programme for a period of 6 months. This contract relates to the procurement of expert external resources required to deliver services that are essential to completion of these remediation activities.
Procurement Information
This Call-off contract is required as a result of National Highways requiring an examination of the CHARM Service Outage Incident of 26/27-Oct-21, why this Service Outage occurred and what remediation is needed to prevent a reoccurrence. Within that context, the Relevant Service in question is required to be done promptly and establishing this direct contractual arrangement will allow the deliverables to be acheived.
