Lot 1 - Emergency Planning
Development, review, improvement and embedding of:
organisational response Contracts and structures and their operational instructions or equivalent to accreditable standards
emergency plans to accreditable standards
responder tools and guidance to enable use of emergency plans, processes and/or systems during emergency response.

Physical exercises to accreditable standards
Simulated exercises/gamification/serious games to accreditable standards.

Debriefing activities of incident responders to create and enable learning reports as aligned to our learning strategy
Auditing, assurance and accreditation of emergency response structures, Contracts, risks, plans, processes and roles
Individual and collective incident responder assessments to enable specific learning and improvement.
