The total turnover estimated for all schools is circa PS2.8 million (over 3 years). Objectives The appointed Supplier will have: *Significant experience of delivering quality catering services within a MAT containing both Secondary and Primary schools. *Sufficient local resources to ensure the required level of service is constantly maintained. *Familiarity with successfully managing high volume commercial budgets in secondary schools *Proven ability to grow sales and increasing pupil meal uptake *A compelling attitude towards making the lunchtime service appealing, healthy and educational for children.
