The closing date for feedback and expressions of interest is 17:00 hours on 18th March 2024. It should be noted that this is not a procurement exercise at this stage and participating organisations are responsible for their own costs. To register on the Atamis portal If your organisation has registered previously, you do not need to re-register. 1) Register on the portal webpage at https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome registration and use of the website is free of charge). 2) Once registered, candidates must Express their Interest by: a) logging into the Atamis e-procurement portal b) selecting response to ITT_Contract reference: C220463 WHISP: 205 c) select Open Access ITT Contract reference: C220463 WHISP: 205 d) search for and access listing related to this contract and view details, e) click on Express Interest link. 3) Once you have expressed your interest, please access the My ITTs page, where you can view all the documentation (and download if required) and construct your reply in the Atamis online questionnaire, as instructed. The deadline will be detailed in the tender documentation. If you still have an issue email or phone the Atamis helpdesk Telephone or email support@atamis.co.uk and ensure you have the ITT code, the web address of the Atamis e-procurement portal, a clear description of the problem and your contact details (ensure that you leave plenty of time for issues to be resolved prior to any deadlines). Please find individual draft service specifications for all three services for your feedback as part of the soft market engagement exercise and to register your expressions of interest via the e-tendering system Atamis portal. The ICB would like to seek an understanding(against the three draft service specifications) as to what the market considers a good model for the services to determine the route which the ICB would wish to consider under the Provider Selection Regime Regulations; if there is anything further that should be included within the service specifications to ensure a suitable provision for this patient population, and whether a provider can deliver these services within the indicative cost envelopes below. The proposed contract length of each of the services will be on a 10 + 5 year contract. The indicative and proposed per annum and whole life contract values are as follows: Homeless Service: PS728,614.00 per annum based on 2023/2024 figures PS10,929,210.00 proposed 10+5 year contract length Asylum Seekers Service: PS514,030.00 per annum based on 2023/2024 figures PS7,710,450.00 proposed 10+5 year contract length Special Allocation Service: PS51,242.00 per annum based on 2023/2024 figures PS768,630.00 proposed 10+5 year contract length The ICB would like to gather the market views on a lotted procurement approach for the three services.
