Notice Description
Tenders are sought by Ards and North Down Borough Council for the provision of Legionella Services at Various Council Properties. The contract will be split into 2 lots. Lot 1: Legionella Monitoring and Risk Management Programme at various Council properties. Lot 2: Legionella Compliance Maintenance and Remedials at various Council properties.
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Legionella Monitoring and Risk Management Programme at various Council properties.
Tenders are sought by Ards and North Down Borough Council for the provision of Legionella Services at Various Council Properties. The contract will be split into 2 lots. Lot 1: Legionella Monitoring and Risk Management Programme at various Council properties. Lot 2: Legionella Compliance Maintenance and Remedials at various Council properties. Additional information: The contract value for Lot 1 includes all extension options if taken up, and is based on the estimated annual cost.
Options: The initial contract period is 13 months, to allow for a 1 month implementation period, commencing on 27th June 2024, with 3 further optional extension periods of 12 months each.
Renewal: It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 18 June 2024 for an initial period of 13 months (to allow for a 1 month implementation period) with the option to extend the contract for a further 3 x 12 month periods.
