To enter into agreements with registered providers of Residential Care Homes for older persons, and specialist mental health and learning disability provision for people aged 18+, both within Redcar and Cleveland and out of area as required for a period of 3 years plus 2 x 12 month optional extension periods.

Options: Agreements may be extended by 2 x 12 months after the initial term at the discretion of the Council.

Procurement Information

Redcar and Cleveland will enter into agreements with the registered care homes within the borough to ensure continuation and stability of the service and to ensure an adult or person's choice is accommodated, the Council will be engaging all the registered homes on the same of terms and conditions.
