The aim of the service is to avoid alternative health services being used where it is possible to care for residents in their usual place of residence and reduce pressure on local NHS services. NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB is intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS1,114,104 Contract term - 01/04/2024 - 31/03/2025 (contract term may be extended by 1 year)

Options: Contract contains an option to extend by 1 year
