Sexual Health Outreach Provision (Greater Lincolnshire) The purpose of this service element is to provide community-based outreach activities and interventions to environments and venues where individuals have increased vulnerabilities or are at high risk of sexual ill-health. c. Specialist Social Care Support (Lincolnshire only) The purpose of Specialist Social Care Support is to provide a responsive, holistic, and person centred support offer to people living with and affected by HIV in Lincolnshire. Support shall embed preventative and strength-based approaches to meet the diverse and personalised needs of people living with HIV in Lincolnshire.",
