Declared potential conflicts of interest were assessed by the procurement process panel and deemed not to represent a legitimate conflict of interest. Key Criteria was weighted as follows; Key Criteria: Section 1: Quality & Innovation - 14.00% Key Criteria: Section 2: Value - 3.00% Key Criteria: Section 3: Integration, Collaboration & Service Sustainability - 45% Key Criteria: Section 4 Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities and Facilitating Choice - 28.00% Key Criteria: Section 5: Social Value - 10% The weighting was determined by the procurement panel to give appropriate relative importance to the questions asked and ensure that providers could evidence and assure the Commissioner through the Competitive Process of their skills, knowledge and experience in delivering primary medical services.",
