Lot 1 Complex

Delivery of supported accommodation under Lot 2 Standard 24/7 of the 16-25 years Supported Accommodation DPS, contracted on a block-purchase basis. Lot 2 Standard

This project is operated as a dynamic purchasing system (DPS), modified under the light touch regime. The DPS has three Lots; Lot 1 Complex, Lot 2 Standard, Lot 3 Supported Tenancy. Lot 2 Standard is for the delivery of supported accommodation in group settings with 24/7 onsite staff.

Provision of Supported Accommodation services for care leavers and vulnerable young people aged 16-25 (predominantly 16-18) through the delivery of accessible high-quality, homely accommodation and related support to promote independence.
