This tender is split across 46 counties, bidders can bid for all counties, however, Housing 21 reserve the right to award any one contractor up to circa 7 counties, but reserve the right to alter this number in line with competition outcome; The object being to maximise contractor availability and provide a range of capable contractors to support the contract. The contract term is five years with the option of a four year extension. The annual spend is approximate PS2.5mln to PS3.2mln, this spend is doubled as Housing 21 aims to double in size in within the next 5 years and contractors should have capacity to ensure works can be delivered while Housing 21 increases. The estimated annual spend (including VAT) is PS5mln to PS6.4mln.
