Forth Housing Association Ltd. wishes to appoint multiple suitably qualified and experienced service providers to a Framework Agreement for the provision of Development Services. The term of the Framework Agreement will be three years with the option to extend by one further year. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: May take up an option to extend the contract on a variable basis up to a further 12 month period.
