The Care Quality Commission (CQC) require the services of the annual Oracle Technical Support and Maintenance to support the delivery of the CRM system.<br/><br/>This procurement was undertaken following the Single tender action (below threshold) negotiated procedure without prior publication.<br/><br/>Competition is absent for technical reasons inline with The Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Regulation 32.
