Health and Social Care Moray are looking to commission a new single contract for independent advocacy to enable a robust and consistent approach to advocacy across health and social care. This includes all adults who have a legal right to advocacy and allows for a relational, human rights based approach, taking into account the individual and their family or unpaid carer. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
