The amount of grant provided for this pan-London service is fixed and needs to be spent in full. This grant requirement creates urgency around the process. The City requires a provider with relevant qualifications, skills, and experience to deliver a homeless substance misuse engagement team with a focus on individuals who are sleeping rough or at risk of sleeping rough to support people into substance misuse treatment in London.
