The Authorities are seeking to commission a Sexual Health Outreach Service and the intension is that the service will be procured as three separate contracts (three lots). These lots will work together as part of an alliance. The three target groups for the services include: * Lot 1: People's Sexual and Reproductive Health and HIV Outreach. * Lot 2: Sexual and Reproductive Health and HIV Support for Marginalised Groups * Lot 3: Targeted Sexual and Reproductive Health and HIV prevention for Black African, Black Caribbean, Latin American and other Minoritised Ethnic Groups.",
