This is a PIN notice detailing the pre tender activity that we are undertaking for this requirement. The immediate ask of potential suppliers is to attend supplier briefing sessions w/c 03/06/2024 to discuss the University's requirements and to present demonstrations of the suppliers systems in order for the University to gain a better understanding of what is available in the market. The University wishes to engage with suppliers who have a strong track record in providing lecture capture and multimedia management systems to other similar organisations. Any potential suppliers wishing to participate in this pre market engagement stage must be able to demonstrate a fully working and established system to our key stakeholders. The University of Leeds has a well-established Video Enhanced Learning system (delivering lecture capture and multimedia management). It has substantial integration with campus facilities and student management systems. As part of our commitment to provide tools and content that enhance students' education and to provide active learning experiences across all programmes, Leeds is looking to review Video Enhanced Learning systems in the market and is seeking engagement from market leaders in this area. This review will form part of the renewal of our existing provision due to expire 31/07/2025.
