North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) is undertaking a procurement to provide Housing Management to the clients of Swan House in North East Lincolnshire. Swan House is to be used as self-contained accommodation for adults aged 18 and over who have experienced homelessness and/or rough sleeping. The procurement is split into the following 2 lots: Lot 1 - Intensive Housing Management Services provided at Swan House Lot 2 - Intensive Rough Sleeper Support Services provided for Swan House Clients

Intensive Housing Management Services Provided at Swan House Additional information: The value identified in II.2.6 is the annual budget of PS400,000 multiplied across the duration. The duration identified in II.2.7 is made up of an initial contract period of 24 months, plus the option to extend for a further 12month period.
