The Royal Parks Landscape Construction Works Framework 2024-27/29
Notice Description
The Royal Parks (TRP) is inviting tenders to establish a framework contract for the provision of Landscape Construction Works. Suppliers may be required to provide construction works for a wide range of landscape projects including hard and soft elements.
Lot Information
Lot Lot 1: Projects under £250,000 Lot 2: Projects £250,000 - £1,000,000 Lot 3: Projects £1,000,000
The framework contract will commence on 27 September 2024 and its duration will be 3 years with an option for a 2 year extension. This agreement will be made under the NEC3 Framework Contract (April 2013). The estimated total contract value is PS30m. A maximum number of 5 suppliers will be appointed to the framework under each lot. All call-off contracts under the framework will be based on the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Short Contract (April 2013). The following areas of work may be required, although not exclusively: Core services: *General landscape ground works *Detailed high-quality hard landscape construction works including the installation of paving, railings, walls, footpaths street furniture to provide setting to cafes, toilets, courtyards, and park facilities *Detailed soft landscape works in high-quality horticultural areas *Habitat creation and restoration including woodland, meadows, and scrub *Installation of irrigation, drainage, small ponds/water features and sustainable urban drainage Complementary Additional Services: *Restoration/ creation of lakes, ponds, streams, and wetlands including wetland habitat *Car parks, roadways, and cycleways *High-quality historic landscape restoration including structural retaining elements such as landforms, banks, terraces, steps, walls and hard and soft landscape to provide settings to historic monuments *Sports facilities - pitches, courts and greens *Installation of play spaces, multi-use games areas (MUGA's) and incidental play features
