Notice Description

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to advise prospective tenderers of the Port of Dovers intention to hold a market engagement event. The works will comprise of 8 lots across 4 disciplines and varying in value ranging from PS100,000 to PS3,000,000 and over PS3,000,000. The disciplines are: - Highways, Civils and Structures - Berths and Marine Civils - Utilities - Building Services and Building Fabric At the event there will be an opportunity to discuss our plans and consult with parties interested in potentially bidding to deliver the programmes. The event will take the form of a presentation and discussion outlining our pipeline of work and our current thinking, the anticipated procurement process, general discussion, and requests for information. The event will also provide an opportunity to network with others suppliers. The Port of Dover will use the opportunity to gather intelligence from attendees to help inform and shape the development of the final procurement model. If you wish to receive further information and attend the event please email Capitaldelivery@portofdover.com with your key contact name, details of attendees and company details by 2nd July 2024. The Port of Dover reserves the right not to proceed with the Procurement, or any part thereof, or change the requirements as necessary at any time. It is the intention of the Port of Dover that the procurement will be conducted as an Open Procedure. The ITT is expected to be published late Q2- early Q3 2025. A separate advert will be released advising of this.
