    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by Providers must be made to the NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB (the Relevant Authority) by 23:59hrs 13 August 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the Competitive Process of the Provider Selection Regime. Provider representations in relation to this intention to award notice should be submitted in writing to hnyicb.procurement@nhs.net The contract award was approved by Place Director - North Lincolnshire; Place Director - North-East Lincolnshire and Place Director of Finance - North-East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire. No conflicts of interest have been declared in relation to the contract award. The criteria applied to this intention to award was: Basic Selection Criteria - Mandatory and Discretionary Grounds - Suitability to pursue activity - Economic and Financial Standing Key Criteria Quality - 35.0% Innovation - 8.0% Value - 5.0% Integration, collaboration and service sustainability - 19.0% Improving Access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice - 8.0% Social Value - 10.0% Project Specific Requirements - 15.0% NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB has conducted an assessment of the Providers against the stated Basic Selection Criteria, Key Criteria and Project Specific Requirement under a Competitive Process of the Provider Selection Regime.
