Inspection results, made easily accessible on a secure, searchable, bi-lingual web application which identifies the condition and risk status of listed buildings, displayed in a user-friendly format, with data sheets, to include photographs, for individual buildings according to local authority area, community and building type and the ability to produce reports on buildings according to a number of criteria (costs for the development of the web application do not form part of this contract); 3. Regular reports on progress of surveys and analysis of findings. The surveys are to be undertaken by a suitably qualified and competent professional such as a surveyor or structural engineer who is experienced in the assessment of historic buildings and who is able to make an assessment of risk on individual buildings in a systematic and consistent way. The IT component is to be undertaken by suitably qualified and experienced personnel, with proven experience of providing online data driven web applications that include web mapping functionality. The successful contractor will be required to meet National and Welsh Government ICT and information security requirements.
