Substance Misuse Families and Affected Others Services
Notice Description
Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) is in the process of re-commissioning and procuring contracts to deliver its commissioned Substance Misuse Family and Affected Others Services when the current arrangements conclude on 31st March 2025. In recognition that substance use can have a devastating impact on families and those close to the substance user, Lincolnshire County Council wishes to commission an all age specialist Substance Use Family and Affected Others Support Service. The new service will build upon the interim arrangements that have been put in place which have ensured a gap in provision has been filled so that families and affected others can access vital support that improves their health and wellbeing outcomes. The Provider is expected to be responsible for providing this service, liaising closely with the Council. The service will be available to the whole population of Lincolnshire.

Lincolnshire County Councils (LCC) is in the process of re-commissioning and procuring a contract to deliver Substance Misuse Family and Affected Others Services from 1st April 2025. To that end we are seeking to understand the market's preferred approach to a number of important issues to inform the decision making process. Engagement will be undertaken initially by gathering the views of the market through a pre-procurement market engagement questionnaire. Information on the existing services including a summary scope and budget information along with the Council's indicative project timescales are all detailed on the Pre-market Engagement Questionnaire. The questionnaire is available on ProContract at https://procontract.due-north.com, the deadline for the return of the questionnaire is 16:00 on Wednesday 19th June 2024. We may also have some follow up questions, if so, an appointment will be made to speak on Teams. The appointments will take place on 21/06/24 and 24/06/24.
